These terms govern the use of nordiccomps.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
- Orders subject to availability and pharmacy verification
- Prescriptions may be required before dispatch
- Prices in EUR, VAT included where applicable
3. Delivery
- Denmark: 1-3 business days
- Sweden, Norway, Finland: 2-4 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- Plain, discreet packaging on all orders
4. Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer. PCI-DSS compliant processing.
5. Returns
- Unopened sealed products: 30-day return window
- Perishable/opened: non-returnable unless faulty
- Email support@nordiccomps.com to initiate
6. Discreet Packaging
Plain unbranded packaging. Sender: NordComps or NCP.
7. Customer Responsibility
- 18+ only
- Accurate information required
- Valid prescription where needed
8. Liability
Not liable for customs/carrier delays. Max liability = order value.
